• Newsletter signups — if you subscribe, we store the email address you provide and the date you subscribed, nothing else.
• Reply Tray usage — if you use the companion app, the entries you log (sender, date, status) are stored under your account so the tray works across sessions.
• No third-party ad trackers — this site does not run advertising pixels or sell visitor data to third parties.

How we use it

Server logs are used only to keep the site running and secure. Newsletter addresses are used solely to send the occasional note about new entries — nothing else, and never shared or sold. Reply Tray data stays tied to your own account and is not read by anyone other than you unless you contact us for support and share it directly.

Cookies and local storage

Letterfold uses minimal local storage in your browser to remember small preferences, such as whether you've already subscribed to the newsletter on this device. This is not used for cross-site tracking or advertising, and no third-party cookie is set by the site itself.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email we send.
• Ask us to delete your Reply Tray data or newsletter subscription by writing to us.
• Ask what data, if any, we hold tied to your email address.
