Terms of Use

The basic terms for reading Letterfold and using Reply Tray. Plain language, kept short on purpose. Last updated July 2026.

Using the site

  • Letterfold is a free-to-read editorial publication. You're welcome to read, link to, and share individual articles.
  • Content is written for general interest and reflects the views of its author at time of publication, not professional advice of any kind.
  • You may not republish full articles elsewhere without written permission from the editor.
  • We may correct, update, or remove published material at our discretion, and will note substantive corrections on the piece itself.

Reply Tray

  • Reply Tray is provided as-is, for personal organizational use in tracking correspondence you send and receive.
  • You're responsible for the accuracy of what you log in your own tray; we don't verify or moderate entries.
  • We may update or change features of Reply Tray over time, and will make reasonable effort to preserve existing data.
  • Don't use Reply Tray to store anything unlawful or to log correspondence on behalf of someone without their knowledge.

Newsletter

Subscribing is optional and free. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email we send. See our privacy policy for what we store when you subscribe.

Limitation

Letterfold and Reply Tray are offered without warranty of any kind. We aren't liable for decisions made based on anything published here, or for data loss in the app, though we take reasonable care with both.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally as the site or app changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the last update.
